Using jquery mobile flipswitch With WHMCS

I am trying to use jquery mobile flipswitch with WHMCS, but as soon as I include the line below, it throws out the entire WHMCS admin template.

Is there a way to get the CSS needed for the switch without it throwing the entire theme out of wack?

Please excuse the lack of information, I am very new to this class so any advise would be awesome.

NOTE: Without the link, the switch is just a dropdown, so the css needs to be included but in a way that does not throw everything else out of wack.
