Wordpress table from content type data with filters

Not sure how to ask this but here goes. I am attempting to create a table based on a custom content type in Wordpress. I can create the table using a Query just fine. However, I also need to be able to setup filtering on this data based on multiple groups of checkboxes. Can someone please point me in the right direction here? A plugin, code, anything. I tried building the table out as stated above, then use Jquery to build a filter, but ran into an issue (not very jQuery savvy) in which I couldn't filter correctly on multiple sets of checkboxes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
