Customizable jQuery Chart

I need help with a jQuery chart which highly customizable from both axis x, y. Here is a Screenshot: Chart Image Here

In this chart:
a. X-axis for salary
b. Y-axis for year of experience
c. Some extra information within column like, BOSS RATING, REASON, FT JOB and EMPLOYER. d. There will be a gap between two columns if a user didn't do a job between them.
